I'm Jeanette, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who believes deeply in your inherent capacity for healing, change and personal growth. I bring a unique blend of clinical training, medical wisdom, and spiritual understanding, weaving together evidence-based therapy with a deep reverence for the mind-body-spirit connection. 

I offer holistic psychotherapy for adults, teens and couples looking for support with: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Life Purpose, Spiritual Emergence, Self-Esteem, Psychedelic Integration, Relationships, and Personal Growth.

I believe that everything is connected and that healing comes when we understand our pain and reconnect with our innate wholeness and core self. I blend evidence-based therapy including Brainspotting, psychodynamic therapy, and trauma-informed care with mindfulness practices and somatic awareness to support you in accessing your inner wisdom and personalized tools for healing and growth. 

I received my Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide, and I bring a unique background as a Registered Nurse that is deeply in awe of the mind-body-spirit connection. I offer therapy that is rooted in both practical tools and deep presence to help you heal.

Whether you're navigating spiritual emergence, healing from trauma, or seeking to discover your life's deeper meaning and purpose, I'm here to walk alongside you with compassion, encouragement, and gentle guidance. I joined The Holistic Counseling Center in 2025 and I am supervised by Kim Burris, LMFT #98927.

When not in session, I enjoy gardening, meditation, breathwork, and contemplating the mysteries of life, love and spirituality.
