Hi there! I’m Sinclair Mitchell, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, and an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, who joined The Holistic Counseling Center in 2024. I am supervised by Kim Burris, LMFT #98927.

I offer holistic psychotherapy, for adults, teens and couples looking for support with: Depression, Anxiety, Shadow Work, Relationships, Boundaries, Life Purpose, Psychedelic Integration, Self-Esteem, Spirituality, Motherhood and more.
I believe in the power of the mind-body-spirit connection and blend evidence-based psychotherapy with wellness practices to help you connect deeply with yourself.
I integrate principles of mindfulness, somatic therapy, parts work, and existentialism to provide an integrative method to holistic healing. I employ a collaborative approach in therapy, and will support you to connect with all your parts, develop your intuition, and heal mind, body, and spirit through greater self-awareness, resilience, and emotional safety.
I received my Master’s Degree in Counseling with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Fullerton. I am also a meditation practitioner and have additional training in mindfulness, yoga, evidence-based treatments for anxiety and depression, and IFS.
When not in session, I enjoy spending time in nature, practicing yoga, and deepening my own spiritual practice.
I currently offer virtual counseling in California and am accepting new clients.
